Holly Fowler, Outreach

Holly joined the Charlotte’s Quest team in 2017 as a naturalist and outreach coordinator. If you visit Charlotte’s Quest for a field trip or preschool program, she’s likely the face you’ll see! Holly has a background in biology and nonprofit program management, and spent earlier parts of her career working in Maryland State Parks and at the National Aquarium.

Though not native to Maryland, Holly is proud to call Carroll County home. She attended Salisbury University and studied biology and ecology as an undergraduate, and received a Masters degree in Nonprofit Management from Notre Dame University of Maryland. Holly moved to the Westminster area in 2013, and is committed to serving the community both professionally and personally. She is an active volunteer with local Girl Scouts, and Chairs the Education Committee of Westminster United Methodist Church.

The Fowlers love all things outdoors, and can often be found with their two young daughters at parks and playgrounds throughout the area.
